Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements
This 3-bedroom retreat features a queen bed and double bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the center bedroom, and a queen bed with a twin bed in the third bedroom. The living room also includes a queen sofa bed. This setup allows for comfortable single occupancy for seven guests or more with double occupancy.

Large windows in the living room, dining area, and master bedroom bring the outdoors in. Please note: we ask that you do not smoke on the back (waterside) deck, as smoke can drift into the upstairs unit.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy
- One to four-night stays: Full payment due at booking
- Stays of five nights or more: 50% deposit required at booking; balance due 60 days prior to arrival
- Accepted payments: PayPal, personal check, cashier’s check, postal money order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover
- Cancellation fee: 5% of amount paid (minimum $100)
- 60 days’ advance notice required for refund

Smoking Policy
SMOKING IS ALLOWED OUTSIDE ONLY. Please smoke only on the covered front deck and avoid smoking on the waterside deck, as it affects guests in the upstairs unit. Use the butt can provided for proper disposal.
Pet Policy
Pets require advance approval and may be subject to a deposit. There is an additional fee of $10/day for approved pets. Cats are not allowed due to common allergies.
Guests must agree to the following pet rules:
- Pets must be supervised while outdoors and on a leash if necessary
- Guests must clean up after their pets
- Pets must be current on vaccinations and flea prevention
- Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds
- Pets must not be left alone in the unit unless kenneled
- If your pet barks continuously while unattended, alternate arrangements may be required
